  • Tremblor is proud to have been Client #10, is addicted to dumplings, and belongs to the Rosicrucian Order. He hates leprechauns and biting his cheek.

  • Deep dark red like Tremblor’s blood with purple hues. Ripe raspberries, plums and with a hint of anise and white pepper, with some hints of and a well developed oak flavours. A rich palate with plum and ripe raspberry and complexity derived from cinnamon and dusty oak, with a soft finish and touches of acidity. A vibrant crowd pleaser that is approachable when not in the ring!

  • Select parcels of fruit were sourced vineyards in the Langhorne Creek & South Australia. We picked the fruit in the cool of the night in order to retain the fruits natural acidity and of course the regional flavours and aromatics that the Langhorne Creek region is famous for. The wine was transferred to the winery where it was hand reared with extended time on skins. The wine was crushed into open top fermenters where fermentation was initiated by wild yeasts found on the grape skins. Careful extraction and short post fermentation maceration is followed by pressing. The resultant wine is then transferred into oak where maloactic fermentation is completed before racking and maturation. The wine was aged in oak then select barrels were chosen for the final blend prior to bottling. A wine that will body slam your tongue!

  • Gato Loco is a world-famous orchid collector. He owns four iPods and believes vinyl is for weenies. He never buys water or women.

  • Displaying excellent fruit definition, this is a classic example of South Australian Chardonnay at its best. It displays the typical lime, steely character of the region, with great depth and intensity of flavour. A vibrant crowd pleaser that is approachable when not in the ring! This delicate wine shows lifted floral aromas along with a touch of oak, it reflects Gato Loco’s love of orchids, being a world famous collector.

  • Select parcels of fruit were sourced from single vineyard in South Australia. The fruit was machine picked during the cool early hours of the morning. The fruit was then rapidly transported to the winery and immediately crushed, chilled and pressed. It is then allowed to settle before being racked off of juice lees, warmed and inoculated with selected dried wine yeasts. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks of various sizes. The finished parcels are carefully assessed, with only the finest chosen for the final blend prior to bottling.

  • Inferno loves crab cocktail, tangerines and Baked Alaska. His favourite scent is Heiress. Prefers Roumier to Rousseau.
